Our dedicated team will be on hand to help guide you through the process.
Step 2: You will be asked to submit the following paperwork:
Step 3: The Insurance Company may write to the Life Assured’s GP for medical reports
Step 4: The claim will be assessed by the insurance company
Step 5: Once the claim is assessed and finalised, payment will be made by EFT or Cheque to the beneficiary of the policy

- The Deceased’s Original Birth Certificate
- Original Marriage Cert if necessary
- The Original Death Certificate
- A completed Death Claim Form
- A copy of the will or grant of probate may be required
- A copy of valid Photo ID
Step 3: The Insurance Company may write to the Life Assured’s GP for medical reports
Step 4: The claim will be assessed by the insurance company
